Our Ethos
- We work with you to understand the ‘why’ of your organisation, its strategy and its culture. That allows us to provide solutions that are targeted, effective and value for money.
- As well as providing specific support and solutions we can provide a retained People Professional on a basis that works for you. This is especially valued by organisations that have identified a need for strategic HR insight and support but do not feel able to commit a permanent full time HR Resource.
- We also have a deep belief in supporting the not-for-profit sector where funding and resources are a constant challenge. We have a stated aim of providing 20% of our services to the not-for-profit sector on preferential terms.
Our People
Our Founder and Lead Director Kenny Napier has extensive people experience in partnering senior leadership teams, large people change programmes and people policy and proposition. In addition, Kenny has undertaken a number of non executive director roles roles in the not for profit sector.
We have a wide range of people professionals who work with us on an associate basis. This allows us to bring the right skills and mindset to your organisation. Before agreeing terms we will always share details of the proposed associate(s) with you.
